Welcome to our school website!
Ardrossan Academy has a proud history serving the towns of Ardrossan, Saltcoats and West Kilbride since 1882. We provide a comprehensive education for all learners, including the Astra Base, which supports learners with Autistic Spectrum Disorders to maintain mainstream education within North Ayrshire Council. As a school we continuously seek to provide high quality learning experiences for our pupils within the context of preparing them for the challenges of living in an ever changing world. Our school vision is to continue to improve performance within a nurturing school environment. Our core school values are Ambition, Respect and Excellence. We are committed to raising the bar for every young person and, working together, making a positive difference to the community we serve.
